Operation of blood pressure monitor

1. Correct wearing of arm belt:

1) Make sur the air plug is securely inserted in the main unit.

2) Remove tight-fitting clothing from your upper left arm.

3) Apply the cuff to your left upper arm. The air tube runs down the inside of your arm. The bottom of the cuff should be approximately 1/2'' above your elbow.

4) Wrap the cuff firmly in placed around your arm using the closure strip.

2. Correct measuring posture

1) Please sit in a room where the temperature is approprite fpr measurement. Your body should be relaxed and posture should be natural. You should sit on a chair, set both of your feet on the ground, and keep your body sitting upright with your back straight.

2) Please test the blood pressure monitor as shown in the following figure. Relax your mind and keep a relaxed and natural posture for measurement.
