The multi-functional muscle trainer is applicable to abdominal massage training and weight loss.
Electromagnetic pulse is beneficial to tightening up the muscle
Six recommended modes for your operation. Once per day, about 25 minutes each time.
Each trainer requires 2 PCS AAA batteries.
The product contains 1*abdominal pad, 2* armrest pad, 3* trainer unit, and 1* English manual.

Usages:
1. Open the battery cover, and insert 2 PCS batteries.
2. Put the trainer on the gel pad by the snap on button.
3. Put the electrode pad on your body.
4. Push the ON button to start, then select Mode by pressing the PROGRAM button repeatedly. Every time you press the PROGRAM button, a different LED will light up to indicate one of the 5 programmed exercise routines. Choose the program as you desire.
5. Push the ON/INC button several times to carefully increase the intensity. You will notice a tingling sensation prior to the muscle contracting. Once the muscle is contracting, you can feel pleasant and relaxed. Adjust the intensity according to your comfort level. The appropriate comfort level is that you can feel a strong but comfortable contraction in the muscle.
The intensity has 10 levels to adjust. The intensity is increased to the higher level with every push of the button ON/INC, while the intensity is decreased to the lower level with every push of the button OFF/DEC.
6. Press the OFF/LOW button several times until the LED lights go off if you want to shut down the trainer.
Notes:
The trainer can't be applied to persons in the following conditions.
- After childbirth (see heading After Childbirth)
- Persons using a heart pacemaker or with cardiac condition
- Epilepsy
- Multiple sclerosis
- Phlebitis in its active phase(inflammation of a vein)
- Where tissue is inflamed through disease or injury
- Recent scar tissue
- Varicose veins in its later stages
